Stages Cards LLC operates as a seller of collectible trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, and related collectible merchandise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete listing, including photographs, descriptions, stated condition, grading information, quantity, and other material information before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim or limit an express warranty created by an affirmative statement, promise, description, or photograph that forms part of the basis of the transaction, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Trading cards and other collectibles may have characteristics resulting from manufacturing, printing, cutting, storage, handling, aging, packaging, or prior ownership.
For raw cards, condition descriptions are provided in good faith based upon our assessment and the information available to us.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee a particular future grading result, grade, resale value, market value, appreciation, rarity, or investment return.
For professionally graded cards, the grade displayed in the listing is the grade assigned by the applicable third-party grading company. Stages Cards LLC does not control or independently guarantee the grading standards, opinions, or future grading decisions of any third-party grading company.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or other errors.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, inventory, or other error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund of any amount actually paid for the cancelled item.
All products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving inventory errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or material listing errors.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
Stages Cards LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate business reasons, including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or inability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will generally refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Customers should inspect packages and products promptly upon delivery.
If an item is received damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with its listing, the customer must notify us in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, responsibility for loss or damage occurring after delivery shall be determined according to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Customers should promptly report missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered packages to both the applicable carrier, where appropriate, and Stages Cards LLC.
Certain products may be shipped with a tamper-evident seal.
The purpose of the seal is to protect the integrity of the item and provide evidence regarding the item's condition after shipment.
Customers should carefully inspect the item before breaking, removing, altering, or otherwise disturbing the seal.
If a tamper seal has been broken, removed, altered, or otherwise tampered with after delivery, the item may be ineligible for return, refund, or replacement under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
All sales are final, except for returns, refunds, replacements, or other remedies required by applicable law or expressly provided under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
